Want to work in USA?

Many of my friends always ask me how do I get here in USA. What kind of visa do I have and how do I found a job or employer?

I am a non immigrant here in USA. I hold a visa which is called H2B visa.
The H2B working visa is a nonimmigrant visa which allows foreign nationals to enter into the U.S. temporarily and engage in nonagricultural employment which is seasonal, intermittent, a peak load need, or a one-time occurrence.  
You can find various employers in USA by just clicking and searching H2B jobs in USA. They can hire you as direct hire without going to local agency and avoiding excessive placement fee. But right now, POEA is not accpeting direct hire, you need to go to a local agency to authenticate the job contract you have in case you got an employer and approved US Visa.
